GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALES
Article 1. General Conditions
Purpose of the general terms and conditions of sales
These General Terms and Conditions of Sales (hereafter referred to as “Terms and Conditions”) apply to any order placed through the “Website”. These Terms & Conditions apply regardless of how the Customer accesses the Website.
The Customer is responsible of reading the Terms and Conditions carefully before placing on order. By placing an order through the Website, the Customer confirms that he/she has read, understood and agrees to these Terms and Conditions entirely.
If the Visitor does not agree to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, the Visitor should not order any product or service through the Website.
Modification of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale
Nordic Paradise has the right to adapt or modify the general Terms and Conditions at any time. In case of modifications to the general terms and conditions of sales, the version that is applicable to the purchase is the one that can be found online on the website at the moment of the purchase.
Availability of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale
The Terms and Conditions can be found at the footer of each page on the website, as well as on the check-out page right before placing an order.
Article 2. The Customer
The customer declares to be a natural person of minimum 18 years old and to have a valid payment card that is accepted by the Seller. In case of not having reached the minimum age of 18 years old the Customer must be granted permission from a parent or legal guardian. By accepting the Terms and Conditions the Customer indicates to have understood and apply to the above-mentioned requirements.
Article 3. Price
3.1 Price of products
The price indicated on the Website indicates the price of the products, including VAT. For information about free deliveries, refer to article 7.1.
3.2 Price reductions
In case of price reductions, the reduced price is deducted at the check-out. Price reductions can result from promotional prices indicated on the Website or from promotional codes provided to the customer. The Customer can give his/her promotional code in the cart or check-out page.
Different promotions cannot be combined or accumulated. Promotional codes are for personal use and can only be used once. Under no circumstance a promotional code can be shared, transferred, or put for sale in any way.
3.3 Price modifications
Nordic Paradise reserves the right to modify prices at any time. The price that applies to the customer is the price that is indicated at the check-out after selecting the products.
Article 4. Products
4.1 Product Presentation
Nordic Paradise pays the utmost importance to make sure all products resemble the graphic presentations to the smallest detail possible and to deliver the product that can be expected by the Customer, in a reasonable fashion.
All products offered on the site resemble to the graphic presentation but might slightly differ in small details due to the way of presenting, differences between render and reality, or due to differences in colour presentations depending on the screen that is used by the Visitor.
All graphic presentations of products and other graphic elements are property of Nordic Paradise and cannot be used by a third party without prior notice and written consent of Nordic Paradise.
4.2 Product Availability
All products offered on the website are available to the Customer with no end duration, unless specified otherwise or at the end of stock.
In case of technical failure of the Website and the Customer was able to place an order for a product that is out of stock, he/she will be notified immediately about a delayed delivery time or have the option to get a full reimbursement of the products that are out of stock.
4.3 Legal Compliance
All products offered by Nordic Paradise comply with the legal requirements of the countries where the product is available for sale.
Article 5. Online Purchase Procedure:
When making a purchase on the Website the Customer declares to be in accordance with Article 2 stated above.
When placing an order, the Customer must complete the selection process by clicking on the desired products, selecting the correct parameters and quantities, and adding the selected products to the cart. When finishing the selection of the products the Customer will get an overview of the full order in the cart, after which he/she can continue to the check-out. On the check-out page the customer has the option to remove products, change the quantity, or apply promotional codes.
When confirming the order shown on the check-out page the customer is required to fill in all the necessary information for the delivery, billing, and payment of the order. In case of providing wrong or uncomplete information for the delivery, the Customer cannot hold Nordic Paradise accountable for delays in the delivery.
By confirming the order, the Customer agrees to the full order presented in the order confirmation. With this the Customer agrees to possible costs of returning products.
Article 6. Payment
When proceeding to the payment section the Customer will have the option to choose the most convenient payment method (mentioned on the Website) to complete the order. After processing the payment, the Customer will receive a verification of their order, on the Website and by email. When the order is being processed the customer will receive a communication by email with information about the delivery and a code to track the order.
The payment of orders placed on the Website is handled and controlled by a third-party online payment system provider. Cash payments are not accepted.
Article 7. Delivery
For orders with a total price equal to or higher than €60 (sixty Euro) the indicated price includes transport in the following countries (excluding certain geographical regions such as islands) :
- The Netherlands
For orders lower than €60 (sixty Euro), countries not listed above, or regions that are excluded for free delivery, an additional delivery cost can be applied at check-out.
The countries listed above have a standard fast delivery period, after the payment has been made (or after the payment has been received in case the Customer chose for a bank transfer), of:
- Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg: 1 -3 working days
- France, Germany, Denmark: 2 – 4 working days
- Other regions in the EU: 5 – 10 working days
Deliveries will not be made in the following countries:
- outside of EU zone

Packaging of products: All products are separately packed in protective bags and shipped in cardboard boxes.
Your order can be traced by using the tracing code of the transport company that is handling your package. You can find this code in your confirmation email.
In case of absence of the Customer at the moment of delivery a second attempt will be made. When the customer is not present after two (2) attempts the products can placed at a central collection centre and/or additional costs can charged for further attempts to deliver.
Article 8. Return Policy
8.1 Returns and cost of return
Due to the nature of the products, we cannot put a product again for sale once it has been used or tested because of hygienic reasons. To limit the waste of products and to be able to keep our prices competitive we do not offer free returns.
The customer can exercise the legal right of withdrawal within 14 days after receiving the ordered products under the condition that the products are returned undamaged, unused, and within their original packaging. Upon receival of the returned goods an inspection will be made to determine the condition of the returned products and whether the customer is entitled to a return of the full sum paid. The customer must be aware that addition costs related to handling the return of products can be charged depending on the reason of return.
If the customer is entitled to a refund, he/she will be reimbursed no later than 14 (fourteen) days after notifying Nordic Paradise. The reimbursement will be made to the same bank account that was used for making the initial payment for the ordered goods.
In case of return the Customer must take contact with the customer support of Nordic Paradise through [email protected]
in order to receive the required documents for the return and pick-up by the transport company and to receive information whether he/she is entitled to a free return or if a return cost will be charged.
8.2 Damaged packaging or products
Upon delivery of the products the customer is strongly advised to inspect the goods and to notify the carrier if there are any reservations about the state of the packaging and/or products, and if found unacceptable to refuse the delivery and notify Nordic Paradise.
The customer is responsible for informing Nordic Paradise as soon as possible when receiving damaged product, and no later than 48 (forty-eight) hours after the delivery of the contested product(s), by email ([email protected]
8.3 Cancellation of the order
In case of making a wrong order or cancelling the order due to other reasons before delivery, the Customer must contact the customer support of Nordic Paradise as soon as possible in order to prevent additional costs of returning the products. When cancelling an order when the products are already being transported by the carrier, additional return costs can be applied before receiving a refund.
Article 9. Warrantee
At Nordic Paradise we stand behind the quality of our products and make it our mission to only deliver the best to our customers. All products at Nordic Paradise have a warrantee of 2 years, starting from the date of receiving the products in the EU. When making a claim on the right of warrantee the Customer should contact the customer support of Nordic Paradise by email: [email protected]
. This warrantee applies to damages due to hidden defaults and damages due to normal usage. This warrantee is not applicable in case of, but not limited to, damages caused due to abnormal usage, stains, burn marks, tears, and other. The warrantee is also not applicable in case of personal preferences related to comfort or taste.
Article 10. Force majeure
Nordic Paradise shall not be liable for any delay in performing any of the obligations under this agreement if such delay is caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Article 11. Liability
There are certain liabilities which the Seller cannot exclude by law and nothing in these General Terms and Conditions limits the liability of the Seller for personal injury or death caused by negligence or for fraud of the seller.
Any products supplied to the Customer by Nordic Paradise will be of satisfactory quality. In case a product is delivered that is not of satisfactory quality, the Customer can contact the Nordic Paradise customer support to request a repair or replacement or for a refund.
Nordic Paradise is only responsible for losses that are a natural and foreseeable consequence of our breach of these General Terms and Conditions. Nordic Paradise will not be liable to the Customer if they are prevented or delayed from complying with the obligations under these General Terms and Conditions by anything you (or anyone acting on your behalf) does or fails to do or due to events which are beyond our reasonable control.
The Customer must follow all advice provided by Nordic Paradise to keep the supplied products safe (including any instructions or product manuals provided with the products). Nordic Paradise cannot accept liability for damage to products supplied by us, which is caused by the failure of the Customer to follow this advice.
In any event Nordic Paradise will not be liable for any losses related to any business of the Customer including (without limitation) lost data, lost profits, lost revenues or business interruption.
Article 12. Applicable law
This agreement will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Sofia, Bulgaria
