Article 2. Information about the products:

All duvets of Nordic Paradise are made from natural materials (cotton and sustainable down & feather filling)

2.2 Pillows filled with down and feathers:

All pillows of Nordic Paradise are made from natural materials (cotton and sustainable down & feather filling) and comply with local regulations.

2.3 Bed Sheets:

Pillow cases, duvet covers, and fitted sheets made from natural materials (cotton satin)

2.4 All textile products

All textile products (duvets, pillows, bed sheets, …) offered by Nordic Paradise carry the OEKO-TEX label, indicating that there are no harmful substances and that it is safe to use.

 

Article 3. WEBSITE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Hereafter, anyone who visits this website will be referred to as “Visitor”, or “Customer” if a purchase is being made.

 

3.1 General Terms and Conditions of Using the Website

The Website Terms apply to any Visitor who makes use of the website “www.nordic-paradise.com” (hereafter referred to as “Website”) and to any order a Visitor places on the Website. The Website Terms and Conditions apply regardless of how you access the Website, including any technologies or devices by which the Website is made available to Visitors.

By accessing, browsing, registering with, or placing an order on the Website, the Visitor confirms that he/she has read, understood, and agrees to the Website Terms and Conditions entirely. If a visitor does not agree to these Website Terms and Conditions in their entirety, the Visitor is requested not to use the Website.

Article 4. Online registration of the Visitor

 

In order to make purchases and access some features of the website, the Visitor will need to register, be a registered member and / or otherwise provide information to Nordic Paradise.

When registering or becoming a registered member, the Visitor must provide personal information such as your name and address, and a valid email address. The Visitor agrees to provide accurate and complete information and to keep this information accurate.

The Visitor is solely responsible for the activity that occurs on his/her account, and must keep his/her account password secure.

If a Visitor suspects or becomes aware of any unauthorized use of his/her account or that his/her password is no longer secure, the Visitor agrees to notify the Nordic Paradise customer support by email immediately.

 

 

Article 5. Management of Personal Data

5.1 Collection of Data

5.1.1 Order processing

Placing an Order requires from the Customer the communication of a certain number of personal data concerning his/her identity, email address, delivery and billing address, data relating to means of payment, and other information that might be necessary to handle the payment and delivery.

In general, the information collected by Nordic Paradise is essential to respond to your requests. If you do not fill in these mandatory fields, Nordic Paradise will not be able to respond to your requests.

The data identified as mandatory are necessary for the processing of Orders as well as for the management and monitoring of the commercial relations of Nordic Paradise with its Customers. This information and data can also be used by Nordic Paradise for internal statistical purposes, in particular to allow Nordic Paradise to improve the quality of services and better meet the expectations of Customers.

 

5.1.2 Comments

When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

 

An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.

 

5.1.3 Media

If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

The only information collected and stored by Nordic Paradise during normal website usage is the time and date of visit, the website that referred the Visitor to us, the pages the Visitor looks at, and the name of the Visitor’s internet provider. During normal website usage we do not collect or store personally identifiable information such as the Visitor’s name, phone number or e-mail address.

 

5.2 Data Usage and Management

All data collected to process online payments on the Website are communicated to and handled by a third-party payment service provider and not by the Seller. Therefore, the Seller does not store data relating to the payment instruments used by the Customer.

The data (name and email) can be used for marketing purposes such as email campaigns. The Customer can always unsubscribe from the list.

We do not give information about the Visitor or Client to government agencies, organizations or anyone else unless one of the following applies:

• The Visitor or Client has consented;
• The Visitor or Client would expect us to or we have told the Visitor or Client we will
• it is required or authorized by law;
• it will prevent or lessen a serious and imminent threat to somebody’s life or health;
